Collard lovers will search far and wide for the sweet-tasting vegetable this time of year, after the snap of cold weather gives them just the right taste. Wilton Casteen of Kenansville took a little drive to Mount Olive in search of a good patch of the greens and found one owned by Marice Almond on the outskirts of Mount Olive.
