Fugitive from N.J. apprehended in city

The U.S. Marshals Service used the help of Goldsboro and Wayne County Sheriff's Office lawmen on Wednesday morning to seize a fugitive from New Jersey, authorities said.
Kaches Cuttino, 36, was wanted for attempted murder in Newark, N.J., local lawmen said.
Authorities arrested Cuttino at a home shared with, Loretta Barber, 36, at 114 Brazil Street, police said. Ms. Barber facess charges of possessing cocaine and marijuana.
Cuttino was jailed under a $2 million bond, and awaited extradition by Newark authorities .
The Newark Police Department's investigative bureau said they were familiar with the case, but would not comment on the specifics of Cuttino's charges.
According to a Newark Crime Stoppers Web page kept by police there, Cuttino was one of the city's 11 "most wanted" people.
