Wayne Community College President Dr. Kay Albertson, Dr. Bill Hunt, Anne Regans, Keith Stewart and Bill Gilmore are seen during a dedication ceremony Tuesday for the Michael E. Regans Stormwater Wetland on the main campus of the college. The wetland is a "Best Management Practice" project created in conjuntion with N.C. State University and the N.C. Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources Ecosystem Enhancement Program.
